“Individual rights and liberties are at the heart of our free society. Those values exist for all, even those accused of a crime. I aim to ensure that my clients’ rights and freedoms are upheld and protected by offering a thorough and rigorous defence.”
Volunteered with the Legal Aid Clinic at the University of Manitoba as a student, defending clients charged with various criminal offences. Adam was an articling student with Gindin Wolson Simmonds Roitenberg then joined that firm as an Associate. Now with Simmonds and Associates, Adam has worked on a wide range of files including: impaired driving, homicides, assaults, and drug offences, among many others. Adam has represented clients at all levels of court in Manitoba, including jury trials. Adam has also represented individuals facing issues with protection orders and those faced with licence suspensions under the Highway Traffic Act.
