Seth Lozinski is a passionate advocate dedicated to providing rigorous and compassionate defence to individuals navigating the criminal justice system. Seth brings a deep commitment to defending clients’ rights, rooted in their experience at Legal Aid Manitoba, where they represented clients at various stages of criminal proceedings. Their advocacy is informed by a strong sense of justice and an unwavering belief in upholding the rights of Canadian citizens.
Seth holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba, where they completed a concentration in French and distinguished themselves as a skilled advocate through a clerkship with the Manitoba Provincial Court and participation in the Concours Michel-Bastarache constitutional law moot. Their academic and professional work is complemented by extensive research and writing, as well as leadership roles in community-focused initiatives, including as the Project Lead of the PBSC Trans ID Clinic. Whether advancing Charter arguments or supporting systemic reform, Seth approaches every file with intellectual rigour and a commitment to principled, client-centered defence.
